*Highland Members are those who have their home club for handicapping purposes at another club within the Highland Council region and who have not had Brora as their home club for handicapping purposes for the previous two years. They do not have voting rights and cannot use Brora as their home club for handicapping purposes. Unfortunately this means that Overseas Members with handicaps in their home country do not qualify. Country/Overseas or Full Memberships are really designed for everyone out with this criteria.
