Local Golf Club Partnerships 2026
We are delighted to launch our new local partnership packages for 2026.
The ticket includes one round at each course with the second round to be played within three days of the first round.

* Reduced rate extended to visitors who are resident in the UK and are a Member of a UK Golf Club. Proof of membership (CDH) and residency is required.
IGolf and Openplay Members are not eligible for the UK Club Member rate.

Terms and Conditions
Green- Fee Payment Policy:
Payment should be made no later than 14 days from the date of making the booking.
Tee times booked for play inside of 14 days are payable at time of booking.
Brora Golf Club will delete tee time reservations that have not been settled as per payment terms.
We can accept Amex, Mastercard and Visa card payments, either telephonically or via email.
Ride-on Buggy Policy:
Brora Golf Club has limited buggy availability, and preference is given to players with medical certificates.
Advance buggy bookings are taken on submission of a medical certificate only.
Buggy bookings without medical certificates are accepted from 7 days before the date of play.
Caddies, electric trolleys, and manual pull trolleys are available to hire if buggies are not available.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
All Cancellations:
Full refund on cancellations up to and including the 8th day prior to date of play.
No refund from day 7 to date of play, however, a return voucher will be issued, which will be valid for 12 months, and may be transferred.
Bad Weather & Course Closure Refunds:
We are in Scotland, where golf is played in all weather conditions.
If on the day of play the course is closed due to bad weather, you may reschedule your tee-time or request a full refund.
Buggy Dependent Visitor Tee Times:
If buggies are not in use on the date of play, and guest cannot play without one, full green fee will be refunded on presentation of a Medical Certificate.
Caddie Policy:
2025 One bag per caddie, £60.00 +tip
2025 Forecaddie, £140.00 +tip
Caddies are self-employed thus, fees payable directly to caddie, in £-pounds.
Caddie cancellations will be accepted with a minimum of 24 hour’s notice.
Disbursement fees of £25.00 per caddie will be collected on caddie stand-ups, i.e., late cancellations, no-shows, or reduction of caddie numbers on arrival.
2026 Caddy rates are £75 + Tip and £140 + Tip for a Forecaddie.

Greens Maintenance Advisory:
Greens Maintenance takes place annually from mid to end September, with greens recovery averaging 2 weeks.
Course maintenance, provisionally scheduled for Wednesday the 16th of September and Thursday the 17th of September 2026 will involve narrow diameter solid tinning, overseeding and top dressing.
