Starters

Curried Parsnip and Apple Soup with crusty rolls

Pan Seared Tiger Prawns in a sweet chilli, lemon and caper butter served with roquette leaves and marinated radish salad

Ham, Wholegrain Mustard and Red Onion Terrine served with homemade piccalilli


Mains

Traditional Roast Turkey served with sage and onion sausage meat, roast potatoes, creamed sprouts, braised red cabbage, pigs in blankets, gravy and cranberry sauce

Tuna Nicoise – Pan seared tuna steak set on a salad of baby gems, cherry tomatoes, anchovies, boiled egg and olives dressed with a mustard vinaigrette

Wild Mushroom and Leek Bulgar Wheat topped with a parmesan and saffron tuile finished with a drizzle of truffle oil.

Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy anglaise
